Small children should be trained from young to brush their own teeth .Pregnant women must also give attention to their own oral hygiene.They should eat food that encourages the growth of strong teeth such as dairy products and fruits to ensure their babies have strong teeth.The smokers are advise to stop smoking because smoking are spoiling our teeth clean.
