当时光倒流到七年级，对于刚进入初中生活的你们，对新的学习生活充满了好奇和渴望，而我要说，在座的每位同学都是幸运的。因为大家有幸赶上了学校课改的浪潮，接受了最新的课堂教学理念和教学模式，真正地成为了课堂的主人。课堂内外，处处充满了生机和活力，每位同学都敢于并善于抓住一切机遇，积极展示自己。就这样，我们在快乐和追求中共同走过了温馨的、充满快乐的七年级学习生活。
时间继续前移，当时光定格在八年级时，好多同学自身发生了极度的转变，自控能力也逐渐下降。厌学问题、感情问题、打架问题、叛逆家长、迷恋网络、成绩严重两极分化等等等等，那时同学们眼里只有自己的“朋友”、只信奉自己的“哥儿们”，而不再相信父母，也开始怀疑老师。 这是作为班主任的我最最痛苦、最最煎熬的阶段，但我始终相信，这所谓的“初二综合征”，是我们成长道路上不可避免要遭遇的“挫折”，老师能做的、要做的就是静下心来与每位出现“问题”的同学耐心地交流、不断地鼓励。我想，也许八年级是初中时期一处必经的难以逾越的鸿沟，只有亲身经历过了，才能体会初中生活的完美与充实。
时光飞逝，斗转星移。匆匆就上升到初中的最后时期――九年级。尽管老师做了最困难的准备来迎接大家，但我欣喜的看到同学们瞬间就长大了。大家明晰了自己的奋斗目标，面对增加的晚自习、周六上课，面对没完没了的.考试，同学们没有过多的抱怨，只是默默地坚持。老师看在眼里，喜在心头!九年级，老师做的最多的就是陪在同学们身边，与大家一起奋斗，一起坚持。因为我知道，有老师在同学们的身边，同学们一定很踏实。
