　　但同样也发现了以下问题：

　　英语学习方面：

　　1、学习心态和态度不端正。少部分学生没有意识到学习英语的重要性，对于学习英语是抱着无态度。

　　2、学习习惯不够好。我要求学生在上课前集体朗读单词或课文，这对锻炼他们的'英语口语和音准有很大的帮助，但是还是有好几个学生态度不端正，敷衍了事。我还要求读英语的时候用手指单词和句子，有利于对单词的记忆，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人没有这种习惯，眼睛盯着天花板，盯着窗户读的都有，甚至还有的同学边发呆边跟着读，这样就没有效果。还存在着严重的畏难情绪，我给的问题或是阅读材料还刚出来就有人抱怨“我不会做”、“这么难”、“看不懂”，我会反问他们“你还没看题怎么知道不会做?遇到困难首先想到的不是解决问题而是逃避，那么你永远不会进步”。这段时间这种情况几乎没有了。

　　3、少数同学根底不好。到现在26个字母还读不全、默不全。这也是颇让人头疼的问题。

　　4、阅读能力欠佳，有待提高。阅读在今后的升学考试，包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值。但我们的学生对于阅读暂时还没有概念。我要求他们把阅读材料读三遍，第一遍泛读，也就是浏览;第二遍精读，把生词划出来，根据上下文理解单词的意思;第三遍答复以下问题，但是很少有同学能够严格按照要求完成，往往是读了一遍就不想读了。 针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家长的配合和支持。

　　1、催促学生在家听英语磁带，每周不少于1小时，最好能每天坚持听10—15分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很大帮助。

　　2、争取消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。我会在每单元完毕的时候组织一次听写，并要求学生带回家给家长过目。

　　3、请家长催促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。有时的默写作业我也会烦请各位家长签字，这也是为了给学生一点点压力，让他们知道父母会经常检查他们的作业本，一定要认真写才行。家长可以让学生自己默写或者报中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在学生默完后，催促他们对着书本更正。

　　4、每一个单元都有阅读的部分，并且附有课后习题。如果你的孩子英语根底不是很好，可以催促他们先在家，做适当的预习。 生物学习方面：

　　每个学生对这个世界的事物充满了好奇心，上课时气氛活泼，积极表现，课堂作业很认真，家庭作业也能按时完成，考试成绩优异。

　　第一，做好课堂笔记。

　　顾名思义，课堂笔记便是利用课堂时间将老师所讲的重点、难点、疑点记下，千万不可以“手懒”，对于知识零碎的英语来说更是如此，好记性不如烂笔头。然后是回顾笔记，回顾笔记才是做笔记的重点，建议大家，周末时专门抽出时间回顾一下当周所做的笔记，这样能有效地缓解紧张的心理，可以让你在下一周的学习中得心应手。举个我自己的`例子吧，记得有一次英语抽测，我抱着侥幸的心理，没有做好复习工作，所以考试前就开始临时抱佛脚，结果到了最后，根本没有时间复习完，考试时慌慌张张，考得一塌糊涂。所以说，做好笔记对于学生来说十分重要。

　　第二，整理回顾错题。

　　许多人面对这个问题时总是用不认真、不仔细来解释，但这不是根源。前面提到，即使去检查也不一定能查出来，而且还会浪费一些思考偏难题的时间。因此，一次做对是关键。但怎样才能一次做对呢？首先，要重视熟练。古人说熟能生巧，只有多做练习才能做到熟练，心中挂一个警钟，一遇到这种题小心就能避免出错。经常做练习，看到这些题就能不假思索写出正确答案，这样就比我们草草做完，回头花大量时间去检查要好的多。

　　当然，英语学习并不只是这么一点，同时需我们多进行一些词汇量的扩展。课外阅读是一个很好的方法。我们手中的空中英语教室就是一个很好的选择。遇到不懂的单词多查，多问。扩充我们的词汇库。
